On November 1st 2009, the annual Montreal World Vegan Day Fashion Show will take place. It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to take part in this evening of fashion, gourmet vegan cuisine and musical entertainment. The purpose of this event is to raise awareness of animal protection issues, while promoting cutting edge cruelty-free fashion and raising funds for charity. This year proceeds will go to benefit SPCA.

As this event has grown and gained popularity, a number of companies and people have come forward and expressed interest in being a part of the celebration. Companies like MACBETH footwear, Lady Crossbones, Pretty Things Boutique, Healing Heart Designs, Cherry Berry and more have already confirmed their part in supplying clothing and accessories. Canadian Celebrities Georges Laraque from the NHL team the Montreal Canadiens, Lucy Decoutere and Sarah E. Dunsworth from the Showcase television show Trailer Park Boys will be a part of the fashion show, as well as Brad Pattison - dog trainer and host of the TV show At the End of My Leash on Canada's Slice TV Network and Discovery Animal Planet who has helped rescue dogs after Hurricane Katrina and in Mexico, all doing their part to show their support for animals.

This fabulous event will be hosted by Montreal's Virgin radio host Nat Lauzon!

Le 1 novembre 2009, le défilé montréalais de la journée mondiale du végétalien surviendra. Il est avec plaisir que nous vous accueillons pour prendre part à cette soirée de mode, de cuisine végétalienne et de performances musicales. Le but de cet événement est de lever la conscience face à la protection animale en promouvant la mode sans cruauté et en levant des fonds pour la charité. Cette année le bénéfice ira à la SPCA.

Comme cet événement a cultivé et a gagné la popularité, un certain nombre de compagnies se sont proposés et ont exprimé l'intérêt de faire une partie de la célébration. Les compagnies comme MACBETH footwear, Lady Crossbones, Pretty Things Boutique, Healing Heart Designs et Cherry Berry. Des célébrités canadiennes comme Georges Laraque des Canadiens de Montréal, Lucy Decoutere et Sarah Dunsworth de l'emmission Trailer Park Boys feront partie du défilé de mode, prenant part pour montrer leur soutien en faveur des animaux. Ainsi que Brad Pattison - l'entraîneur de chien de l'émission de télévision At the End of My Leash sur le reseau Discovery Animal Planet et qui a aidé à sauver des chiens après l'Ouragan Katrina et au Mexique.

Cet événement fabuleux sera accueilli par Nat Lauzon de Virgin Radio!
